Golden Ridge

This project involved furnishing a brand new, empty property from the ground up — transforming it into a fully styled, guest-ready short-term rental.

With no existing furniture or design elements in place, every detail was thoughtfully selected and implemented to create a cohesive and elevated space. The goal was to bring warmth and character into a newly built home, while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic that appeals to a wide range of guests.

From initial space planning to final styling, the entire home was designed to feel intentional, functional, and visually impactful. Each room was carefully layered with furniture, textures, and décor to create a balanced environment that feels both comfortable and refined.
